Head Coach Team Xcel
Coach Randi has been coaching
gymnastics for 9 years. During those years, she has coached preschool, recreational, and competitive gymnastics, as well as cheer and Ninja Zone classes.
Coach Randi is a member of USAG and is safety certified. She has also completed the M200 Men's Development Coaching Class: Hands on Training and is well versed on the training required for young men in gymnastics.
Coach Randi is a graduate of Missouri State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Middle School Education. She is currently certified to teach grades 1-6.
In addition to coaching gymnastics, Coach Randi enjoys spending time with her husband Jason, baby Leah, and playful pup, Izzy.

Coach Gretchen is a graduate
of the University of Colorado Boulder,
where she received a BA in anthropology. She is also a certified Paralegal. Coach Gretchen has been a coach for 4 years. She is a member of USAG and is safety certified and educated to coach your children.
Coach Gretchen is a wife and the mother of four beautifully talented children who keep her life very busy and entertaining.
Her favorite thing as a coach is watching girls accomplish something that they say they can't.
Theresa Lasher is a graduate
of Dakota College at Bottineau. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Licensed Early Childhood Education Administrator and Medical Transcriptionist.
Theresa is a member of USAG and is safety certified. She was a previous gymnast as well as a coach for ages 2-14 for several years.
She enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter (Coach Madison) and 3 dogs.
Recreational Coach/Ninja Zone Instructor
Coach Kelsey is a Junior at Dixon High School, where she helps tutor other kids in the community. After High School she plans on attending college and focusing on a medical degree.
Coach Kelsey coaches our Ninja Zone classes and enjoys being creative with her students.
Coach Madison is currently a Freshman at Dixon High School and is a member of the National Junior Honor Society. Her goal for the future is to attend Mizzou College to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy.
Coach Madison has been a gymnast for over 7 years competing with both the Junior Olympic and Xcel Programs. She is currently an Xcel Platinum with River Bend Gymnastics. She coaches recreation gymnastics as well as the cheer classes.
When she is not here at River Bend she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, turtle and 3 dogs. Her favorite thing about coaching is seeing the smiles when her students achieve new skills.
Coach Tiffany is a graduate of Northern Illinois University where she received a VA in special education. She currently works at the Waynesville Sixth Grade Center as a special education teacher. Before becoming a teacher, she coached gymnastics for 4 years and was a cheerleading coach for 2 years. She was previously a level 8 gymnast, then went on to be a college cheerleader. She is a member of USAG and is safety certified and educated to coach your children.
Coach Tiffany moved to Waynesville this year because her husband is stationed here in the Army. Since living here she has really missed coaching gymnastics. She is so excited to be back coaching so she can help gymnasts learn new skills and watch them accomplish their goals.
